Agreement and operator
These terms cover the public website at solenarx.com, operated by Solena Health LLC, trading as Soléna. This service is for adults 18 and older. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What the public pages do
The public pages describe prescription options, name the medicines in them, and publish the whole monthly price for each. They do not diagnose, prescribe, determine eligibility or replace advice from a healthcare provider. Reading an option page is not a recommendation that the option suits you.
The questionnaire and the clinical decision
The health questionnaire is reviewed by a provider, who decides whether to prescribe, to ask for more information, or to decline. Completing it does not create an entitlement to a prescription and does not guarantee treatment. Billing begins only if a provider prescribes.
Telehealth informed consent
Care through this site is telehealth: asynchronous and text-based, carried out by the partner's licensed clinicians rather than in a live video call or an in-person visit. In-person care is always an option, and using this site does not require choosing telehealth over it.
A clinician may decline to treat, ask for more information, or refer you elsewhere if telehealth is not appropriate for your situation. Soléna is not an emergency service. Prices
Published monthly prices are the whole monthly price for the option shown. If a price changes, the page changes with it and the price you are told before a charge is the one that applies.
Separate services
The clinical review of your questionnaire, including prescriptions, refills and treatment questions once you have an existing case, is carried out by CareValidate through its own secure portal, which has its own privacy notice, clinical terms and support. CareValidate provides the clinical services through its own licensed clinicians, and dispensing is handled by a separate pharmacy partner; the transition between the two is identified before you continue or share anything sensitive.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate anyone, or use automated means to abuse it. The site is for personal, non-commercial use.
Content and availability
Content may be updated, corrected, suspended or removed. The site may occasionally be unreachable or contain an error, so do not rely on it for anything urgent.
