Solena Health LLC, trading as Soléna, operates the public website at solenarx.com. This notice covers the public pages, the messages people send to hello@solenarx.com, and the health questionnaire that sits behind each option page.
The public pages
Reading this site needs no account. The systems that deliver and protect it receive your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you requested, the referring page, and the date and time. That is used to run, secure and troubleshoot the site.
Public pages load Google Tag Manager to measure visits and how people reach the site. The health questionnaire and its confirmation pages do not load these tags. Do not include health information in messages sent through public website features.
The health questionnaire
The questionnaire collects the health history a provider needs in order to decide: current medicines, relevant conditions, what you have already tried, and your contact details. It goes to the clinical service that carries out the review, and it is the private route built for exactly this.
Keep those same details out of ordinary email. If you send them to the public support address by mistake, write again and ask for removal.
Email you send us
If you email hello@solenarx.com about the website, accessibility, privacy or the terms, we receive your address and the contents of your message, and we keep it only as long as answering and record-keeping require.
How information is used and shared
To answer the question you sent. To run, protect, diagnose and improve the site. To meet a legal obligation or protect someone's safety where the law requires it.
Hosting and security providers process the technical information needed to deliver and defend the site. Information from public support emails is never sold or rented.
Access, correction and removal
Email hello@solenarx.com with the subject Privacy request to ask what is held from a message you sent, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may need to confirm the request comes from the same address. Do not include medical, payment, prescription or order details in that request.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly ask for their information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent something to the public support address.
Security and changes
Reasonable administrative and technical measures protect this information, though no online system can promise perfect security. This notice is updated as the site changes, and the date above identifies the current version.
